Today when I went down to the park for the first time today, there was a lot of snow on the ground.
When I was out on the breakwater, I saw some ducks and crows and a sea gull on a post. I also saw a eagle in a tree.
When I was in the park, I saw a merganser and some ducks out in the water.
When I was nearing the battle site bench, I saw some kinglets and a varied thrush.
When I was at the battle site bench, it was low tide, and I saw some crows out on the beach and a goose fly by. I also saw a heart drawn into the snow on a sign by the bench.
When I was on the trail by the trail by the river, I saw one goose, some swans, crows and ducks. I also saw two geese fly by towards the river.
When I was on the trail by the river, I saw two geese, some ducks, and a gadwall.
When I was on my way back home, I saw a great blue heron out on a post.
Who made the heart?
Was one of the two geese flying towards the river, the one I saw at the battle site bench?
why were there only crows out on the beach?

When I was out on the breakwater, I saw some ducks and a sea gull.
When I was near the park, I heard a hummingbird somewhere on a tree.
When I was near the battle site bench, I saw two red breasted mergansers, some ducks, sea gulls and two ravens.
When I was at the battle site bench, it was low tide and I heard some black oystercatchers, and I saw some sea gulls and ravens. The ravens were on the beach farther away from the water than the sea gulls were.
When I was by the trail by the trail by the river, I saw a gadwall, some sea gulls, ducks and wigeons. I also saw some swans over by the rocks on the other side of the river where the trailer court was along with a bunch of crows on the rocks.
When I was on the side walk by sage beach, I saw a great blue heron and some more ducks.
When I was nearing home, I heard a hummingbird again.
Where was the hummingbird in the tree?
Was the hummingbird I heard the same one that flew to a different place?
Why were the crows on the rocks?

This morning I got up ate some breakfast got dressed and watched some TV then got ready and left to go to dads.

It was sunny when I left the tide was also out. There was frost on the ground, and there was some ice in places as well as a light coating of snow.

I looked over the bridge on my way to dad’s. I did not see anything down there, so I moved on.

Once I got to dads place I went up and got on the computer for a little bit then I went down stairs and went into my room. The sun way shining through my window, so it made it harder to see out the window in certain places.

Since I was the one making lunch I stayed home and did not go and do my walk to the park.

Once it became lunch time I went into the kitchen, and started working on dads notchoes and mine and Rowan’s egg sandwiches. Once they were done Rowan and dad came down stairs and we ate lunch.

After lunch I got ready and left for the park.

It was still sunny when I left for the park. I walked down by the harbor then out onto the breakwater then I worked my way down to the park entrance.

Once I got to the entrance of the park I walked into the forest and started working my way to the end of the park.

On my way down to the park I stopped and looked out at the ocean to see what was out there. I just saw the normal diving sea duck, so I walked on down to the end of the park.

Once I got to the end of the park I walked along the to of the beach since the tide was high. After I got to the end of the park I walked to the river then went up the the river.

On my way up the river I looked in the estuary to see what was in there. I saw the male eurasian wigeon, so american wigeon, a few gadwalls and a bunch of mallards.

After I was done there I walked a most all the way up the river to the road bridge but I turned off and went home.

Once I got home I went down into my room for a bit then went up stairs and got on one computer and did a few things then once Rowan got off the other computer I went to the main computer and did a few more things then I started working on this blog.

1. Question why was the tide so high?
2. Question what is the weather going to be like tomorrow? It says it is so post to snow a lot tonight and tomorrow, so will it snow tomorrow?
3. Question why do the ducks hang out in the estuary grass when the tide is high, but not when it is low?

When were were walking back from the end of the breakwater, I saw one duck in the water.
When I was in the park, I heard some chickadees in the trees. I also saw some ducks and sea gulls out in the water and on the beach.
When I was at the battle site bench, it was low tide and I saw some sea gulls and crows out on the beach by the water.
When I was on the trail by the trail by the river, I saw some swans, ducks, a great blue heron, crows and sea gulls out on the beach and at the end of the river.
When I was on the trail by the river, there were no ducks.
When I was on my way back home, I saw an eagle flying.
Why was the wind cold?
Why were all the ducks at the end of the river?
Why was there only one merganser?

I GOT UP ATE SOME BREAKFAST DID A FEW THING FOR A LITTLE THEN I GOT READY TO GO, AND LEFT FOR DADS PLACE.

IT WAS SNOWING A LITTLE BIT WHILE I WAS WALKING TO DADS, BUT IT DID NOT BOTH ME.

ONCE I GOT TO DADS PLACE I WENT UP STAIRS AND GOT ON THE COMPUTER. I DID A FEW THINGS ON THE COMPUTER THEN IT WAS TIME FOR ME TO GET READY AND GO TO THE MIDDLE SCHOOL  TO HELP OUT WITH THE DYP WEEK BIRDING CLASS.

IT WAS STILL SNOW WHEN IT LEFT FOR THE SCHOOL. ON MY WAY TO THE SCHOOL I LOOKED AT THE LAKE THEN CONTINUED TO THE SCHOOL.

ONCE I GOT TO THE SCHOOL I SIGNED IN AT THE FRONT DESK THEN WENT AND SAT AT A TABLE TO WAIT FOR THE CLASSES TO SWITCH AND THE STUDENTS THAT WERE IN THE BIRDING CLASS TO ALL BE THERE.

ONCE WE WERE ALL THERE WE WENT OUT AND GOT ON A BUS TO GOT TO STARRIGAVAN. THE SNOW HAD STOPPED BY THAT POINT, BUT THERE WAS STILL QUIT A BIT OF SNOW ON THE GROUND.

ONCE WE GOT OUT TO STARRIGAVAN WE WENT DOWN THE OLD LOGGING ROAD, AND LOOKED AT THE SWANS, THEN WE WENT BACK UP AND GOT ON THE MAIN ROAD AND LOOKED AT THE BIRDS THAT WERE OUT IN THE OCEAN.

AFTER THAT WE WALKED OVER TO THE BIRD VIEWING SHELTER AND LOOKED AROUND THERE A BIT, THEN WE WALKED DOWN THE BOARDED WALK, AND WALKED AROUND THE ESTUARY.

ONCE WE GOT BACK ON THE LOGGING WE WALKED BACK UP TO THE MAIN ROAD AND WAITED FOR THE SCHOOL BUS.

ONCE THE BUS GOT THERE WE GOT ON THE BUS AND HEADED BACK TO THE SCHOOL.

ONCE WE GOT BACK TO THE SCHOOL THE STUDENTS WENT INTO THE SCHOOL AND I HEADED FOR HOME.

ONCE I GOT HOME I WENT DOWN IN MY ROOM FOR A FEW MINUTES THEN I WENT UP STAIRS AND DID SOME STUFF. IT WAS A TIME TO EAT A SHORT TIME LATER, SO I GOT OFF THE COMPUTER AND WENT DOWN STAIRS AND WE ATE LUNCH.

AFTER LUNCH I WENT BACK UP AND GOT ON THE COMPUTER AND DID SOME STUFF FOR A WHILE, THEN I WENT UP GAVAN HILL TO CHECK MY TRAIL CAMERA AND TO SEE WHAT I COULD FIND UP THERE.

IT HAD STOPPED SNOWING WHEN I WENT UP THERE, AND IT DID NOT SNOW THE ENTIRE TIME I WAS UP THERE.

I WALKED UP THE MAIN TRAIL WALKED AROUND THEN I WENT OFF THE TRAIL A LITTLE WAYS LOOKED AROUND AT STUFF THEN I CAME BACK AND GOT BACK ON THE TRAIL. I CONTINUED TO WALK UP THE TRAIL THEN I GOT ONTO THE CROSS TRAIL, AND WALKED DOWN IT FOR A WAYS THEN WENT OFF THE TRAIL AND MADE MY WAY TO MY TRAIL CAMERA.

ONCE I GOT TO THE TRAIL CAMERA I CHECKED THE CARD AND SAW THAT THERE HAD BEEN NO ANIMALS THROUGH THERE SINCE THE LAST TIME I HAD CHECKED IT, SO I MOVED IT TO A NEW LOCATION.

AFTER I WAS DONE UP THERE IT WALKED BACK DOWN ON THE OLD TRAIL, AND WALKED HOME.

ONCE I GOT HOME I WENT UP STAIRS DID A FEW THINGS ON THE COMPUTER THEN I LEFT TO DO MY PAPER ROUTE.

IT WAS SNOWING WHEN I DID MY PAPER ROUTE BUT IT WAS NOT BAD.

AFTER I HAD GOTTEN DONE WITH MY PAPER ROUTE I WENT INTO MY ROOM FOR A LITTLE WHILE THEN CAME OUT AND STARTED MAKING DINNER.

AFTER WE HAD DINNER I WENT UP STAIRS AND GOT ON THE COMPUTER AND STARTED DOING MY BLOG.

I HAD A LITTLE FUN WITH THIS BLOG.

When I was going down to the park for the second time today, it was cloudy and cold.
When I was walking out onto the breakwater, I could see pretty clearly into the water.
When I was out on the breakwater, I saw one sea gull on a post out in the water.
When I was in the park, I saw some sea gulls and ducks out on the beach and in the water.
When I was near the battle site bench, I saw two harlequin ducks and two red breasted mergansers out in the water.
When I was at the battle site bench, it was low tide and I saw some sea gulls out on the beach by the water.
When I was on the trail by the river, I didn’t see much.
When I was at the end of the trail by the river, I saw a varied thrush in the bushes.
When I was on my way back home, I saw some swans flying towards the park.
When I was by sage beach, my fingers were cold so I curled them into fists to try to warm them up.
When I was near home, it started to snow again.
Why were my fingers could even though I had gloves on?
Why were the swans flying towards the park?
Why has it been snowing non and off today?

Today when I went down to the park it was cloudy and cold and there was also a bit of snow falling.
When I was on the breakwater, I saw some sea gulls, ducks and three eagles.
When I was in the park, I saw some varied thrushes in the bushes.
When I was at the battle site bench, it was almost high tide and I saw some sea gulls.
When I was on the trail by the river, I saw some ducks, nine swans, mergansers, some ravens flying, an otter, geese and a erasion wigeon.
Two of the swans were father up the river and the mergansers were by them.
The geese were on the grass by the other swans and the ducks and erasion wigeon on the other side of the river.
The otter was on the side of the river I was on. I saw it dive into the water from the rocks, and I could see it swimming underwater.
When it got to where I couldn’t see it underwater, I could see where it was going by the bubbles it made.
When I was near the end of the park, I saw a squirrel run across the trail.
when I was on my way back home, I saw some crows across the road in the grass and on a fence.
Why did the otter make bubbles?
Why were the geese there?
Why were two of the swans farther up the river?

I got up did a few things ate breakfast, and got ready to go, and then I left foe dads.

On my way to dads it started to snow a little bit, but it was nothing bad. I walked up to the road bridge then I looked over down at the river and saw that there was one ring necked duck, as I walked up the bridge I saw it flying down the river.

Once I got to dads I went down to my room and did a few things. Then I went up stairs and got on the computer. I did a few thing on the computer. When it was a round 9:45am or so I got ready and headed down for the park.

On my way down to the park it started snowing. It was a lit snow again, so it was was not bad. I walked along the harbor then I went out  on the boards, and looked around out at the end of the breakwater. I then walked back and worked my way down to the entrance of the park to wait for the DYP class.

Once I got there I looked at the birds that were close to the visitor center. I met the person that work at the park that was going to help out with a class that day. We talked a bit then we say the bus drive by and the students showed up a few minutes later, so we got ready and left to start birding.

We first walked up and looked at the diving birds that were up by sage rock. After that we started for the end of the park. We stopped and looked at birds on the way down there, and it ended up be that we ran out of time before we could get to the estuary, but we still did get quite a few birds.

After we got back to the visitor center the students left to get on the bus, and I went back into the park to finish looking at the birds that were around there.

Once I got home I started making lunch. Once lunch was done We ate lunch.

After lunch I went up stairs to get on the computer but then I decided to go down and do the dishes instead.

After I had gotten done doing the dishes I  went back up stairs and got on a computer. I did some stuff on then I switched computers, so that I could do some other stuff that I could not do on the computer that I was just on. I did a few things on it then I started doing my blog.

It was nice and sunny when I walked to dads place this morning.

Once I got there I went up stairs and did a few things on the computer. Then around 9:40 I got ready and left for the Middle school.

I was heading to the middle school because they were doing discover your potential week aka DYP week, and I had agreed to help out with a birding class.

They do DYP week every two years I helped out with the same class the last time they did it, so two years ago, and it was my first time doing anything like that.

Once I got to the middle school I signed in at the front desk then I went down to the class room. Since I had gotten there a little early and there was a class in session that I was not helping out with I waited out in the hall way, and looked at the art work, and stuff that was out there until the class was over. Once the class was over I went in the class room and waited a few minutes for the teacher that I was helping to arrive.

Once the teacher had arrived we wait a few minutes for all the students to get there then we headed out of the school and for path of hope.

We walked around path of hope for a little bit then we walked down to the channel since we still had time left before we need to be back at the class room.  After we got back to the class room the students went off to there next class or lunch, and I went home.

Once I got home I went up stairs and got on the computer (since it was not time to eat yet) I did a few things and when it was time to eat I went down stairs and we got ready to eat and then we ate lunch.

After lunch I went down to the park to look around.

It was sunny when I left for the park the wind had picked up a little bit though. I walked down along the harbor, and then along the sea walk, and made my way to the park.

Once I got to the entrance of the park I headed for the end of the park. On my way there I found a little moth and looked at it and took some photos of it.

Once I had gotten out there I walked down on to the beach and looked at the gulls that were out there. I then went back up and got on the trail and worked my way up the trail towards the indian river road bridge.

On my way up to the road bridge I saw a big tree that had fallen across the river a month or so ago. I climbed up on to the trunk of the tree and started crossing the river. Just a little over half way across every thing went wrong  I found a little orange lichen. I took some photos of the little orange lichen then I finished walking the log and got off on the other side of the river. I walked up the river bank and got on the road bridge then walked home.

Once I got home I went up on the computer did a few things left to show dad where the moth was then we came back and I finished what I was doing then I started working on this blog.

1. Question What happened to make the tree fall?
2. Question why was there a chain wrapped around the base of the tree.
3. Question why had people cut the tree trunk so that it was no longer attached to its roots?

Before I got to the breakwater, when I was on the side walk by the harbor, I saw some crows in the grass.
When I was out on the breakwater, I saw some ducks and sea gulls. I also saw a great blue heron on the same post as the other ones.
When I was in the park, I saw some varied thrushes in the bushes.
When I was nearing the battle site bench, I saw some goldeneyes and a seal out in the water by the beach. I also saw one kinglet in the trees above the trail.
When I was at the battle site bench it was almost low tide, and I saw some sea gulls.
when I was on the trail by the river, I saw nine swans, some ducks and some mergansers. Two of the swans were on the side of the river I was on, along with some of the mergansers. But the other swans and ducks were on the other side of the river.
When I was near home, I saw some sea gulls and ravens flying around above around where I live. I also saw a eagle on a telephone pole.
Why was there only one kinglet in the trees?
Why were two of the swans on the side of the river I was on?
Why were the sea gulls flying around there?
