I saw a northern goshawk at a friends house in a starling trap and caught a starling and eat some meat off some deer bones.

Did the trap catch the starling or did the goshawk get it? And was the goshawk able to fly out of the trap?

yes it did catch the starling .yes the goshawk was able to get out.
