It was started snowing today. When I was headed to the park and out on the breakwater in the morning, I saw a loon close to the breakwater in the harbor where I saw it yesterday. I had forgotten about it so I had not brought my camera, though I wished I had.
When I was nearing the battle site bench, I saw a squirrel huddled up in a tree.
When I was at the battle site bench, it had started snowing a bit harder.
When I went out onto the small side trail just before the river, the snow was blowing in so I couldn’t look strait out or I would get a bunch of snow on my face. I saw a few sea gulls out on the water though.
When I was on the trail by the river, I saw a few ducks and mergansers.
When I was by the foot bridge, I saw a swan and a few mergansers nearly underneath the bridge. When I went out onto the bridge, I saw about eight swans and a bunch of mergansers around them. I also saw a few ducks and one sea gull.
Why was the loon still there?
Why were there so many sea gulls by the swans?
Was the squirrel cold?
