This morning dad came in and informed me that there were chickadees taking nesting materials up into one of the nest boxes that I had set up. I went outside and watched the chickadees pull moss of the berm and take it up and put it in the nesting box. I watched them for a before I went back inside. I continued to watch them on and off through out the day.
Later in the day dad, Rowan and I went out to the golf course for a while. We tried to catch some bugs. While we were trying to catch bugs we enjoyed the sun for quite a while. We heard some frogs while we were there. But we were unable to find them. A little later we went home.
The time pasted and the sun set. Once it was time for me to go do our paper route I left. On my way to do my paper route I saw a hawk flying over I stopped and took some photos of it. I looked at the photos and saw that it was a northern goshawk. I continued to do my paper route and enjoy the sun while I was at it. Once I got home I did some stuff on inaturalist then we ate dinner.
