Todays outing

This morning I came to dad’s, then I went down to the park. It was drizzling when I left for the park, but by the time I got down there it was raining. There were some black turnstone, surfbirds and rock sandpipers on sage rock, and a few on other rocks by sage rock. It was high tide while I was down there that was way the shore birds were on the rocks. The rain lightened up, and it became brighter outside while I was at the park. I walked down to the end of the park to see what was down there. I saw three seals, and that was about it. I walked up to the estuary, and looked at the ducks, and saw that the male eurasian wigeon was over there, so I walked over a foot bridge, and down the other side of the river. By the time I had gotten to the estuary it was raining, and it was fairly dark out, so I decided to wait a little while for the rain to stop. It took maybe about a half an hour before the rain stopped, and it had gotten bright enough that I felt I might get better pictures of the eurasian wigeon then what I had gotten yesterday. After it had stopped raining I got my camera out, and started taking pictures of the male eurasian wigeon. After I was done I went back home, and we went to the store, and ate some lunch. After we had gotten back from the store I went up gavan hill to see what I could find. I found a few plants, and things, I also check my trail camera while I was up there, and I had nothing on it. After I had spent a bit of time up there I came back home, and spent the rest of the day in side.

  1. Question where did the male eurasian wigeon come from?
  2. Question why was the tide high while I was down at the park?
  3. Question what will I find if I go up gavan hill tomorrow?
