Today I went to the park to go birding with dad and one other person. It started out nice then it started to rain but by the end it was nice again. When we got to the park there was a great blue heron in a tidal pool hunting we watch him for a little bit then walked down the beach. It started to rain while we walked on the beach so we went in to the forest. We saw some black oystercatchers out on the beach at the end of the park. After that we headed up the trail by the road bridge to look for American dipper and we found two then we headed home.
