To day at sage beach Rowan saw a kill deer it was the first one I have ever seen in sitka.
Are kill deer unusual in Sitka? Did you add it as a sighting on that website about where people see birds?

yes there unusual .No I did not add it to ebird.
Looks like you got really close! Did it seem tired out? They usually run away if I try and get close to them.

yes it was tired out .but it also had a hert lage.
