Heavy clouds and cooler temperatures brought snow down the mountains over the past day or two.
Lower temperatures associated with recent weather systems have resulted in snow at higher elevations. Although this was the first I noticed, there had been some other reports from last week, as well.
It appears new snow fell on the upper elevations of Bear Mountain sometime in the past day or two and has now started to melt.
