Weather Observations
The air this morning seemed quite still. There were low clouds and a fine mist. This afternoon saw partial clearing with a breeze blowing onshore. There were still low clouds hanging around the mountains as well as off-shore. It felt fairly cool with the breeze.
I have noticed this winter that not all the leaves have fallen off the blueberry and huckleberry bushes. So far, all the ones I have seen with leaves have been quite short (a foot or less). I wonder if it is due to the mild winter or if this is a regular occurance. Some of … Read more

It has been a mild winter here this year. There has only been one signficant (>1 inch) snowfall in town so far.
